Kareem has exhibited his passion for college access counseling for the past 5 years. He began his career as a college counselor at the Newburgh Free Academy through SUNY Orange's Center for Youth Development. He transitioned back to his NYC hometown to work as an HEOP Counselor at Fordham University. Presently, he is the Director of College Counseling at the Eagle Academy for Young Men in the Bronx through CollegeBound Initiative.
