About Kenan graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. After working in Boston then moving back to Brooklyn, Kenan received his substitute teaching certificate from the NYC Department of Education and has subsequently gained experience teaching in various public school classrooms all over NYC.
Kenan has significant experience tutoring students one-on-one for SAT, SHSAT, SSAT, Regents for Integrated
Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Trigonometry, US History, World History and more.
With The Ivy Key, Kenan has worked closely with a significant cross section of students from diverse backgrounds. He believes in helping students achieve their goals, gain confidence and excel in life through education. In his free time he enjoys traveling, history and working out.
